Return & Refund Policy
At Brabion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us through our Contact Form within 3 days of delivery. Contact Form
Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- Returned in their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Please note: Returns or exchanges are not available for incorrect size selection or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance choosing the correct size, our team will be happy to help before your purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a Brabion error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Approved returns may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items.
- Clearance items.
- Flash Sale items.
- Accessories (including belts, ties, pocket squares, and similar products).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Order Cancellation
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account or by contacting us at sales@brabion.com. You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.
Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or made-to-measure items produced to your specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
