Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, the item must meet ALL of the following:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Not be a Final Sale / Clearance item (these items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable).


Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or heavily discounted items
  • Accessories (such as ties, pocket squares, belts, etc.)


How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@brabionshop.com to start a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service (recommended).
  4. Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of return approval to be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (original or return shipping) are not refundable unless the return is due to a Brabion error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Exchange Policy

  • Free exchanges are available for customers in all regions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item; Brabion may cover the cost of sending the new item (optional).
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply to refunds for certain returns (for example, non‑defective items returned without tags).


Store Credit

  • Returned items may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
  • Store credit cannot be reversed once issued and can be applied to future purchases.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or part of a “clearance” or “flash sale” collection are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except for defects.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is received damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at sales@brabion.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the defect or error.
  3. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on eligibility.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account or by contacting us at sales@brabion.com. You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or made-to-measure items produced to your specifications
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
