Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local carrier schedules, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use that tracking number to monitor your shipment online until delivery.
If you did not receive tracking information, please contact our support team.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping applies automatically when the order subtotal (before taxes and discounts) exceeds $150.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If your shipment is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
